"Best remodel ever! I postponed remodeling our kitchen because of other people's horror stories. Alan Quintana and his team at What's Next Remodeling erased all my fears. They were professional, qualified, on time, and did amazing work. Alan helped me through all the decision making and created a beautiful and functional design. His team often worked until 8 PM to get things finished. The house was always clean and easy to live in to spite the complete demolition of the kitchen. Alan worked alongside his professional craftsmen and solved every issue promptly and easily. He was far more perfectionistic than I was. I love my beautiful kitchen, and am thrilled that my awful pantry is gone. If you want a professional remodel with no need to worry, What's Next Remodeling is the only choice."

"We had Don make our kitchen cabinets 5 years ago and we still love them! We just had him build our master bathroom cabinets and they are beautiful! I had requested a built-in fold away ironing board in a tower linen cabinet drawer. I shipped it to him and he installed it while building the cabinets. I am thrilled with it! He’s so easy to work with, professional, and makes quality cabinets..just a really great guy! We highly recommend him!"

"We had a phenomenal remodeling experience with Modern build solutions . We hired them to do a large scale remodel on our kitchen, guest bath, staircase, and living room. From design to demolition to construction and throughout the project Modern build solutions exceeded our expectations. At the initial design meeting Simon was able to listen to our wants and needs and create a design that was beyond our imaginations and at the same time exactly what we wanted. The layout and flow of the kitchen are perfectly suited to our current lifestyle and will be able to grow with us for decades. In addition the quality of materials, workmanship, and warranty have left us feeling like we made a great investment in our home and our future."

"This is the third project Chellyanna did in my home. I think there are three types of people looking for a big remodel, and Chellyanna will adapt to your needs. 1) First is the type of person that does not care much about using high-end materials, maybe they are just remodeling to rent, or on a very tight budget. Chellyanna/Yossi is very knowledgeable and can suggest many alternatives on how you can save money, not only on materials selections, but also on alternative suggestions on how to approach a project. Through my remodel, I had something in mind initially, and after discussing with Yossi, he came up with some alternatives that could save me money. Note that this implied he actually made less money, but he always said: my main objective is to make you happy. 2) The second type of person is one that is not every experienced in design, so they don’t really know what they want, and how to make everything cohesive. For that you need a designer in addition to a contractor. Contractors will happily implement what you choose, but they are not the best to help you choose. The designer is the one that can help you create a vision and a cohesive look. When you hire Chellyanna you get the best of both worlds, because Rachel is Chellyanna’s lead designer, and she will work with you -- at no extra charge to your project. She will offer alternatives, talk to you, show you pictures, and find out what you like and what would fit your life style. She will consider both function and form. She can even go to the store with you if you want. She will even help pick furniture for your room if you want. She is excellent. Additionally, Yossi also knows a lot about what would look good in a room, so you can trust that he will pick best choices for things through the project, such as positioning of tiles, fixtures, etc. 3) Finally, there are the people like me: I am very particular, I have done many remodels, I know exactly what I want and how I want it, every little thing has to be the way I imagined. So the contractor needs to be VERY patient, because I want to provide input in every single step of the project. This is usually painful for most contractors, they dont like this, it takes too much of time... But Yossi does it with a smile on his face. He took the time to take my input for everything. And sometimes I changed my mind, but he was OK with that also. I can say that I was BEYOND happy with the entire process and ecstatic with the results. In addition to all this, and also very important, is that this company is trustworthy and they will always keep their word. So in conclusion, I highly recommend Chellyanna, no matter the type of person you are, and if you don’t know what you want, trust them, they will figure it out with you! Most excellent company out there."

"Did complete bathroom remodel very frndly fast and reliable. Delivered a 100% as expected"

"I hired JCG to renovate a primary and secondary bathroom. The secondary bathroom was a tub to shower conversion and included replacing the tile flooring. The primary bathroom replaced the tile floor, the tile shower, and removed a drop-in bathtub replacing with a freestanding tub. Both conversions required drains to be moved but the drain in the primary bathroom needed modifications to the concrete subfloor to relocate the drain for the new bathtub. JCG made some good recommendations that we really liked while doing both remodels and their focus was on quality. Being professional contractors, they've seen a number of updates to homes and they brought experience to our remodel. The secondary bathroom had a challenge that was caused by the original builder of the house. There was an issue with the shower framing that would require the studs to be torn down and reframed to completely correct the issue. JCG's crew made recommendations to work around the imperfections from the original house builders and made the conversion look great! This team has an eye for quality! They accounted for unexpected issues and still made the end results look great. The crew was extremely friendly and courteous every time they were in our house. Completely happy with both our bathrooms and will call JCG again when we have work to be done next year!"

"The work was excellent. I am very pleased with the remodel. I am referring this company to all my friends and family."
