Upon his inspection, MAJOR water damage to the surrounding building materials was discovered. The siding was removed, all the water damaged building materials replaced, window flashing properly installed, and the area made water-tight. The repair took 4 days to complete ( to solve a problem which others told me did not exist!). Francis X. White Builders was a wonderful company to deal with and I definitely plan to use them for all future jobs in my home."

Please note that some of the changes in scope were required. For example, after prior to the work stating, the architect said that we had to add another bedroom window to the house to meet city code. I recommend them and would consider them for work at my house in the future."
