"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

"We signed contract in mid-August but needed to delay work until some landscaping that we had ordered was completed.  Other delays occurred due to weather. Nick kept in contact on a weekly basis until we found date that worked.  He and his crew arrived promptly on the agreed upon date and kept at the job until it was done.  One shutter arrived damaged from the company so Nick sent it back.  He made sure that the correct holes were made by the window to accept the re-ordered shutter so that anyone form his crew could stop by and install it once they received it.     All of the other work was done in less than one day due to the nice size of the crew.  Everyone on the crew were very pleasant and neat.  The re-ordered shutter arrived in less than 7 days and was promptly installed,

I contracted for a tub/shower replacement and a second stand alone shower replacement.There are some dings in my tub, and my flooring and baseboard has damage on my stand alone. I was told that someone will be in contact to address these things. The install was yesterday so I m going to give them time to correct, last the product (not the labor) looks on the inexpensive end for the price. There is a lifetime warranty which is great. "We had a very tight timeline because we moved into a house and was having carpet installed and furniture from the old house delivered within a few days. Chris worked long, hard hours to make sure his work was done so we could get the carpet installed timely. We had used Chris before for drywalling (which required painting). We thought he did such a great job that we wanted him for an exclusive paint job. We are going to paint additional rooms, and we will be calling Chris to do the work. He is very reliable, not to mention honest. Side Note...Chris was at the house the day the movers came to deliver the furniture from the old house. There was a foot of snow on the ground. He offered to leave his drop cloths for the movers so they would not track snow into the house and on the new carpet. He then came to pick them up even though we offered to wash them and deliver them. That is serivce!"
