Ethan is a great person and super easy to deal with, he definitely goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Also, he is very reasonable on price. He and his team went above and beyond, making an extra trip to pick up the matching exterior stain and staining the new cedar siding boards as a courtesy in addition to prepriming. He kept in contact as promised and was able to schedule the job earlier than expected. Cody and Tom were very efficient and did an outstanding job of completing the work. The team all treated me as a valued customer even though this was probably a relatively small job to complete during a very busy season. They showed up when they said, did what they said, and kept me in the loop every step of the way.I can't say enough good about them! it took a few years for me to work up the courage to hire someone to take on this job and SO glad I found Mark. It turned out the damage was far worse than we thought. Turned out they had to even fix part of the roof which had a hole in it that we didn't know about. Mark replaced over half the floor all the way down to the dirt, literally. The wall was completely replaced and made to match in with the other walls. Part of the ceiling was replaced once the roof was repaired and you can't even tell anything was ever wrong. Once all done, he put down brand new flooring, painted the walls, put in a new door, new light cover and new electric covers. I can't believe this room is in my house! "The good news: the price was right and the job was well done.  They cleaned up everyday before they left and once they started, the work they did was done quickly.   <br>The bad news: we were promised that the job would be done in Fall 2015 and we had to push hard, REALLY HARD to get it done in April 2016.  If they had been honest with us and told us they were overbooked, I would have felt better about the tardiness in getting the job done but they kept stringing us along, "we don't have the shingles" type messages.   <br> <br>"
