"Short version: Sam is awesome to say the VERY least. He knows what he is doing, does not try to rip you off with service, and minimums, and stands behind his work. I will definitely be using him going forward if I ever need my roof repaired. Long version: Back in April 2022, I realized I had a major roof leak that would leave a massive puddle inside of my garage after heavy rain. I inquired on Angi.com, the morning I realized it was the roof leaking. I had a roofing company just pop up to inspect the damage, and without even pulling his ladder to actually inspect the roof, proceeded to tell me what the issue was and that they could get it fixed ASAP, but they have a minimum fee of $725. As I was talking to the roofer from the other company, I received a text from Sam. Shortly after the roofer left, I responded to Sam and he said that he would be in my area the following morning and could stop by. Sam came out the next day, actually climbed up on the roof, did a thorough inspection, and told me exactly what the problem(s) was. He quoted me a price significantly lower than the other company and said he could come out a few days later (because it was still snowing... in April). He sealed the windows and flashing, then asked me to let him know if the roof leaked at all after. A day or so later we had heavy rains and very strong winds in my area (I live on a hill) so the wind had lifted the shingles on the corner of the roof which caused water to enter the garage. I contacted Sam, and he came out the same day, and repaired/sealed the roof, and again instructed me to reach out if the roof leaked at all. It is July 15, 2022 and we have had quite a few heavy rains/strong winds since April 2022 (it is actually raining right now), and the roof has not leaked at all. Thank you again Sam, I sincerely appreciate it!!!"

Of all the firms we interviewed, Infinity Exteriors was the best at being the most thorough during the quoting process, going over all details without requiring that they first be awarded the job or be given any sign that they are a finalist. After they quoted the job, they were responsive to every follow up question. During the quoting process, Jake did an excellent job identifying, on his own, special roof and gutter design issues with our home, the kind of detail that the other firms did not notice. He also came up with a creative solution to a known roof issue. At the first meeting at our home, Jake brought roof and gutter materials for my wife and I to review and select, something else that none of the other firms did. As the job date approach this Spring, Scott was accommodating regarding the COVID 19 crisis, respecting our concerns about their crew and our family keeping safe and healthy. As the job progressed, the roofing crew, led by Enrique, was respectful about our concerns about keeping the landscaping undamaged. The gutter crew was also professional. Our gutter system has three issues related to the design of our home. The crew identified two of those issues on their own, brought them to our attention, and developed practical solutions. My wife and I were quite worried that our home would not look the same with asphalt shingles, as our home was built with cedar shake. Jake helped us select an affordable asphalt shingle that he felt could offer a look as special as what we had with cedar shake. To our surprise, once the roof was done, we realized that the choice of asphalt shingle has resulted in a curb appeal that is actually better than what the cedar shake created. Bottom line. We could not be more pleased with our investment in a new roof, as a result of the excellent work of Infinity Exteriors."

"Had my roof and gutters damaged by hail and wind. My roof was 18 years old. My insurance only wanted to give me money to patch and replace sections of roofs and gutters. We picked out the color of roof, provided samples to review for me and my wife. Phil from Titan roofing sent over Joliet code for full replacement to my insurance carrier and they got me my entire roof replaced and gutters. Came out and got the job done in two days in February 2022!! They did a great job on installation, cleanup and services. Highly recommend company and make sure you use them with your insurance companies. Make sure you ask for "Phil" he will walk you threw the process and deliver you a great experience."

"The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. The initial visit from the remodeling consultant was very informative and detailed. He seemed to really care about my house, Unlike most roofing contractors who just try to make a quick sale. The install was a one day install for my 3300 sf roof. They also did an amazing job with there clean up process. I didn’t find a single nail in my yard unlike the last roof I got installed 14 years ago. "Falling down plaster in my small foyer ceiling directed my attention to the flat copper roof above. The wood support under the copper in the affected corner was rotten. The first roofing contractor from whom I got an estimate told me I needed to have the masonry repaired before the roof could be replaced. I got the first roofing contractor's name from an internet search. An Angie's list internet search for copper roofs did not yield any contractors. Fortunately I received the Angie's List magazine and saw PZ's ad which mentioned copper roofs. After getting the masonry repaired I got PZ's and another estimate. The one from PZ Construction was the lowest. Before I signed the contract I asked Paul if he could give me an estimate for another small roof. We corresponded by e-mail and after sending him pictures he sent me an estimate for the second roof which also seemed quite reasonable. The work was started the following week and took about 4 days to complete both roofs. I asked Paul about putting additional insulation in between the rafters before the solid core insulation was installed. He told me if I supplied the insulation it could be put it in at no extra charge. The 2 workmen who did the work took about 4 days to complete the job, working steadily and leaving the area very neat every night when they left the job. Working with copper is definitely a skilled job and the workmen really knew what they were about. Because the roofs were off the second floor I was able to see their progress and was really impressed with their workmanship. The first copper roof lasted 80 years which Paul said was about typical for copper roofs in this climate. I'm hopeful that PZ's roof will last as long."
