He was patient and answered multiple rounds of questions to make us feel as comfortable and secure as possible. When we decided to give the siding project to them, they worked with us step by step. We received line item details, mock ups, and were even able to get their own personal/professional input on decisions. "Our chimney occasionally leaked, especially when there is a strong wind. I called around to a number of companies. Right off the bat, Brian was the most responsive and came by within a couple of days, off hours, to look at the job. Most of the other companies were either not taking on the type of work needed until spring or were too busy to even come by. He was able to start the work within a couple of weeks and ended up working over the weekend. The quality of his work is excellent, both neat and thorough. Unlike many other people I have hired, Brian left the work area free of debris when he finished. I also appreciated his willingness to answer my many questions on how he was doing the work and the materials he would be using, along with the potential presence of any related damage to the house siding near the chimney."

"I needed my chimney rebuilt, and they did a beautiful job. Everything was clearly explained beforehand, with an eye on keeping costs under control while not compromising the necessary quality of the job. I was made aware of possible unforeseen complications that could arise once the work started, but none of these happened and there were no additions or overages to the price quoted. Once the work began they finished promptly on schedule and cleaned up as soon as possible. The owner, Loiue Ranieri, is terrific guy, friendly and easy to work with. In fact, he kindly did a couple of minor non-chimney house repairs for me at no cost. We’d been referred to Ranieri by a carpenter who’d recommended them, and we’re very glad he did. "Completed a fairly major basement renovation with KBA a few months ago. KBA served as the general contractor, and was responsible for subcontracting specialty (e.g., pluming and electrical) work. Scope of work included demolition and removal of a substantial part of an outdated basement, new electrical and lighting, new flooring, ceiling, and walls, interior painting, restoration of staircase, and total renovation of a basement bathroom, including addition of a new shower, as well as handling all permitting and inspection (code) requirements. Although there were a few minor hangups and delays, as can be expected with any big project, we were very happy with both the timeline and the outcome. The quality of the work was great, and the professionalism of all staff was outstanding. This was a large project that we were hesitant to move forward with at first, but once we started working with KBA, everything went pretty smoothly. Very good experience overall and would recommend to others."

"This company provides excellent customer service! We bought a home in 2016 that included a pool house awning installed by Sondrini Enterprises in 2013. It worked fine until it didn't. in 2020, we called Sondrini Enterprises, and they came within a week to investigate and fix the issue. It needed a new motor. In the spring of 2024, the awning motor seemed to again be broken. We called again and Nate Sondrini, personally, was able to diagnose and, over the phone, provided us with simple step-by-step instructions that resulted in solving, what turned out to be a very simple problem. These folks are smart, competent and reasonably priced! Would have no issue using them again!"
