"We had a leak underneath the shower and that triggered us to remodel entire bathroom. They stripped the room down to the studs and replaced a section of damaged sub-floor. Baseboard heat was rerouted and they created a decorative cover that works very well. Their tile work on the floor and wall was exceptional and results are very beautiful. They implemented all requests (like shower pan leak testing) and preferences without complaint. After the work was done, we found bathroom door had to be adjusted to close a small gap, and they came right away to make that adjustment. The final cost calculation went really quick with no hidden costs. The workers are very nice and conscientious about protecting our properity not under construction, cleaning up at the end of each day, and minimizing noise when needed to accommodate working from home. We will definitely consider this company for our next project."

"We contracted with JAM Home Services (Jeff) to repair and paint walls, ceilings and closets in the living/dining room and 3 bedrooms of our house. We also asked about installing base board where missing/damaged and also installing shoe molding in all rooms (we had just had carpeting removed and hardwood floors refinished), While his was not lowest estimate for the project, we were impressed with his knowledge, suggestions for successful completion and his professionalism. At our request, he suggested several colors that would work with the hardwood floors. We agreed on a start date, which had to be firm, to meet a specific timeline to place our house on the market. A week before start date, he checked in with us to be sure we still on schedule. As it happened, other projects were already completed, so he started a week earlier than planned and completed the project withing the 4 days he had originally estimated. We could not have been more pleased with the result! Each day, the work space was cleared and cleaned, except for drop cloths left to protect floors. He repaired a baseball-sized hole in the wall in one bedroom, repaired a crack in the plaster above a door in the living room, filled all nail holes. The paint on all ceilings, wall and closets was smooth and even - no messy corners or bleeding edges. The new base boards and and shoe molding were such great enhancements to the rooms. We highly recommend JAM Home Services for anyone with home repair or improvement project needs!"

"The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."

"I had RNL remove kitchen cabinets, and install new ones. When the old cabinets were taking out they discovered a leak years ago that was fixed by someone else but not correctly and had created a lot of mold and mildew. Tom and his crew being the professionals that they are, made sure all mold was removed, and everything was done correctly and safely. "Our experience from start to finish exceeded all our expectations. We had purchased a condo; the closing process took forever, so once we took possession of the home, we were very anxious to get it painted as soon as possible so we could finally move in. When I first contacted Mike Jardin to get a quote, he was very empathetic to our situation, and came out right away to give the quote. He was very thorough and spent over an hour reviewing everything with my husband and I, even offered suggestions that we hadn't thought of. The quote was very competitive, and once we accepted it, Dennis scheduled our paint job very quickly, even though they had a very busy schedule at the time.
We were also installing all brand new light fixtures, and Mike recommended an electrician for us. He even called him on the spot so we could set something up. The electrician was fantastic as well, and I will write a separate review for him.
Once the painting started, I cannot stress enough how impressed we were with the quality of the work, and the delightful experience we had working with the crew. It was obvious these were professional career painters (not the part time laborers you get with some firms). We had a crew of anywhere from 5 to 7 guys, and Tracy was there the entire time from start to finish. He was fantastic, and we really enjoyed him. He even gave his opinion when I was struggling with some final color choices, and he was right on! We certainly would use MHI again, and I would definitely request that Tracy be there.
All the work was done as promised, and they really came through when I made some major changes that were not part of the original quote. Most notably, the original plan called for one accent wall, and we ended up with 8 accent walls. They took this in stride, did a great job, and never complained about the changes.
We are extremely happy with the end result, and Dennis and Mike made a commitment a crew would come back out after we moved in to repair any damage to the walls caused by the moving process. We are expecting this to happen in the next week or so. I would highly recommend MHI. You won't be disappointed by the end result!

"The service was good. I paid an extra hundred dollars on top of the Big Deal. It is a pretty big deck so it took the guy longer than four hours to do it. The way they installed it worked; it was fine. It was not 100% exactly what we want. That was the only thing, but it was kind of important because we were trying to keep out groundhogs from getting underneath our deck. We kind of wanted it installed in an L-shape than just going straight down. The installed it straight down in a wonderful area. I am not sure if the guy would have been able to make the L-shape where it was installed. The guy might not have been able to install that part in an L and he was able to install it that way for the rest of the lattice."
