"West Shore Home replaced our old tub with a walk-in shower and we couldnâ t be happier. Our rep, Scott T., was very helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted and checked in to make sure everything was still good after signing. He also came by on installation day to make sure everything was going smoothly. Our install team led by Ed B. And Israel M. were incredible. Excellent work, and extremely kind and professional. Weâ ve been happy every step of the way and everyone weâ ve dealt with has been great!"

"The installers were very polite and courteous. They understood my concerns and reached out to others at Premier to address them right away. They did a very good job fixing my walk in shower and the issues I have with the shower curtain rod and the missing trim are going to be fixed in about a week. Overall my experience went really well. They worked until the job was done in a day and I really appreciated that."

"I just want to say itâ s hard to find an honest plumbing company and these guys are it. We did an outdoor pool bath and these guys were competitive timely and got the job done. You will not be disappointed with their attention to detail, service and honesty."

"We started out a little rocky with purchase and installation of the incorrect style of toilet. However my plumber, Erik immediately took full ownership of the error, corrected it and had my correct toilet installed within a few hours. Workmanship was great, my plumber was very professional, courteous, on time and did a wonderful clean up job after all the work was completed."

"I have nothing to report. The job was done. I don’t need your help right now."

"A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."

"We recently had our outdoor kitchen installed by this company and couldn't be happier with the results. from start to finish, communication was excellent, the quality of the materials used was top-notch, and everything was completed on time. Highly recommend!"
