During the check up, he identified one problem that required him to go get a part. He explained the problem to me and showed me the where it was. He quickly found the part, did the repair and completed the rest of the service. Everything was fast, easy and efficient. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable about the units."

The only thing that I did not like, I asked for Patrick to do the service and when this man came to my door, he told me that Patrick no long works for your company, I should have been told that when I set up the appointment, I have done may years with your company and I was very upset that no one told me that Patrick did not work there anymore. Found the problem went over every detail with us. We had 3 other technicians come out from different companies and none of them could find the problem but they didn't even take the cover off to look at the inside of the Mini Split. Old Dominion gave us a fair price to fix the unit and they ordered the parts and had the work done the day after parts arrived.
