"Jed went above and beyond installing my new ceiling fan. He had to get some supplies and worked in my hot attic and made sure that it was wired correctly. This involved cutting through the old inside wood 2nd layer roof to get to the hidden electrical wires where he put a junction box and new wiring for the fan and light kit. He stayed longer than necessary and completed the job that night after working all day. He is a consummate professional and I will hire him again. through"

"A technician arrived at the appointed time and easily diagnosed the problem. I had purchased the unit and had it installed 6 years prior by another company but I couldn't recall if it was still under warranty. The tech did some research and found out it was under warranty and rather than charging me for more than $49 service call, suggested I call the original installing company, since that might save me money with labor, stating he would gladly do the repair if that was my preference.
