"I just wanted to express how SELIG stands by their fantastic warranty. I had some big picture windows replaced by them last fall and shortly later a bird flew into one of them and cracked the outer pane. Figuring that SELIG would procrastinate on fixing it since I didn't finance I just paid in full, I called and left a message. I was happily surprised by a return call stating they wud put in the order for a new window and would be out to install it when it arrived. (A 3 hour drive one way to my home for them) Kevin showed up promptly and replaced the whole window quickly with no questions asked. Our windows were each 92" x 77" (over sized).  We had numerous replacement window companies out for bids. <b>ALL</b> said the window companies they represented could not build the windows we wanted due to their large size. They had them installed in a few hours and everything went perfectly. They answered all our questions politely and left the job immaculate. I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. "We had all of the windows in our home (28) changed from aluminum to vinyl.  There was a problem with the order on a couple of the windows but when I notified Miller Glass they immediatly reordered the correct windows.  They called and set up an appointment when the replacements arrived and were in and out to finish the job in about an hour.  There were three installers involved with our job and all three were exceptional.  They were very professional and courteous and were very careful with our home while working.  The windows look great and we are very pleased."
