"We went to another carpet place originally who told us the carpet we wanted would take over 3 weeks to be shipped. Mark from Bay carpet came to our house(wearing a mask of course)and was able to get and install the same carpet in a week. Their price was $100 less than our original quote, They also re-stretched a carpet in another room that was not installed properly. They came on time, were very neat and did a great job. Highly recommend"

"Everything went smoothly. The cocoa mat was ready at the time promised and delivered on time. A strong young man delivered and installed the heavy material. Since it had to be cut to a certain size there was a large piece left over which was also delivered (without my asking for it). That came in very handy."
