Communication was outstanding, the team was amazing, and knew exactly what was going on with the project. Roofing project was completed by early afternoon and the team worked very efficiently to get this done in 1 day. The gutter installation was scheduled immediately after completion and finished 4 days later. Ali, AJ, Jamie and the entire crew were unbelievable and made things stress free. "Wonderful experience from start to finish. Very thorough explanations of products, installation, and warranty. Workers were on time, worked very efficiently, and were respectful. Installation was only one day and there was a quality check afterwards. Also appreciated the use of a phone app to stay on top of dates and expectations. Excellent window installation experience. We had our deck stained and a portion of our foundation painted. We also had our oak floors re-finished but that is an understatement. The floors look like they were newly installed. "Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. "Arnaldo was the only pro that responded to me and I am thankful he did. Arnaldo was/is (the project is no finished yet - waiting for materials) one other the most honest and truthful contractors I have ever dealt with. I had extensive water damage to a room that had to be taken to stud inside and out to repair the damage. Arnaldo always presented multiple options as we discovers more damage and I felt he was working on his home as he was performing the repairs. He, and his assistant, were/ are conscientious, neat, organized, and communicate throughout the process. I highly recommend Arnaldo Duarte. Cody was punctual, knowledgeable, straight forward with me without any pressuring sales tricks.
