He answered my phone call personally and set up an appointment that was not only convenient but just a couple days later, so the job was done quickly and when I needed it done. He was professional and courteous, arrived right on time and installed the fixture perfectly, fixed a couple of valves under the sink that needed repair, and cleaned up the work area completely. I thought the cost was fair also. I would definitely use his services again."

"We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."

"I had an emergency home repair involving my main sewer line. It began with a sewer back-up and it escalated from there. I found Ace of Drains on Angi's list and called them for an estimate. I decided to hire Ace of Drains because Mason, the lead plumber, was very thorough in explaining exactly what the issue was. After further assessment, it was concluded that the entire sewer line needed to be replaced (inside and outside) and the bathroom in my basement needed to be demoed and rebuilt since the sewer line ran underneath the bathroom floor. After contacting Cross County Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Moe came out to my house a few days later and provided an estimate.  A lot of plumbing companies make you pay a fee just for an estimate which I think is ridiculous.  Moe did not charge a fee.  Moe was patient and informative.  He helped chose the filter for my house and waited for me to make up my mind.  I would recommend him to anyone looking to do some plumbing work at their home or place of business.
We now have some clean water and I know that I can shutoff our water at anytime.  Peace of mind because of Moe!
