"The company was highly recommended and I am so glad I decided to call them. My first contact was with Randy, who came out, looked at my roof, provided details as to it's condition and gave me a detailed estimate. Within a couple of days, I received a call from Bob, who came out to do a walk through to determine what materials were needed to complete the job. Randy and Bob were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and patient. I asked a lot of questions, debated about shingle colors and upgraded to architectural shingles two days before the start of the project. Bob maintained contact with me throughout the process and they began the job a few days earlier than scheduled. That was great because I wanted t get it done ASAP. Both days (project took 1 1/2 days to complete), the roofing crew arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m. and Bob came also to ensure everything was going well. When the work was complete, the lead roof man informed me they were finished and asked me to come look at it. I noticed the crew did an excellent job cleaning up the debris, nails, etc. Bob came shortly afterwards, inspected the roof, walked around with me and answered questions. Last night, Tuesday, 02-23-2016, my new roof was tested by the strong winds and rain, and I am happy to say NO LEAKS, NO PROBLEMS AND IT STILL LOOKS GREAT!!!
