"Bought my house in 2017 and told it had a new roof. Came to find in 2025 that it had been totally botched. Shingles were coming up, there were large holes where knots in the frame had been knocked out by nails, and I had severe water damage on one of my trusses. Roof Pups came out, assessed the damage, worked with me on the price, and in less than a week I had a crew on site that fixed everything in a single day. They were here for over 12 hours making sure the job got done and they did a great job. I couldn't be happier with my experience."

"The work done was superb. They made sure renovation was what I wanted and h poo w I wanted it done. Will hire them again."

"They handled my roof with efficiency and was able to get my insurance claim from a repair replacement for just the cost of my deductible"

"Recently purchased a home and found out after some rain that there were a couple leaks in the roof. Got couple quotes from several roofing companies on Home Advisor and decided to go with Canales Service, LLC. Erik was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable, came out did an estimate on Monday and was able to do repairs 2 days later and completed it in the same day they started. The repairs did go over the original estimate but was because there were additional issues found after they started tearing off the bad areas and the whole area ended up needing to be replaced. He made sure to contact me and advise how much it would cost for the extra repairs, also provided couple pictures to show which areas were bad and had been repaired. Would definitely recommend Erick and his crew, and will call him if future work is needed."

"Casey and his crew have been my go-to team over the last 10years and on several projects, from complete rehabs from roofing. soffits and fascia, outside, to the new kitchen and baths inside! My wife especially LOVES the screened -in porch they added on to our family home, and she's fussy about the quality of work to say the least. They have traveled far and wide across the Eastern Shore and even rehabbed a rental for me in Dover! Good work is hard to find nowadays, but Casey and crew clean up after themselves daily, and most importantly are REASONABLE in their rates !"

"Company hired wad quick to do the repair. Employees were friendly and helpful in explaining every aspect of the job as the job was being performed. Inspection at end was walked thru to ensure satisfaction. Would recommend this company to friends and family"

"I was really impressed with the experience working with Spicer Brothers for a new roof on a home built in 1994 that has hardly seen any improvements. Every step from the estimator through the installation went smoothly. When I met Dwayne on the job he was friendly, informative and helpful. His crew worked steadily and were finished well ahead of the estimated completion time. The new roof looks great and knowing the materials and workmanship that went into the installation I know I can rest easy for years to come."

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"Their consultant was on time and very knowledgeable. I ultimately decided to move forward with a new Roof and replacement windows. My Roof was done roughly 2 weeks later and my windows were just completed. I am very pleased and look forward to the energy savings this winter. The architectural shingles really look good and have gotten me a lot of compliments from my neighbors."
