They send an annual reminder at approximately the same time that the county sends their reminder. A quick call to the nicest woman at Bessinger's to get it scheduled (no need to be home), and they send the paperwork to the county. I get a hang-tag on my door that the system passed, and they mail me the invoice with copy of the report. Since the first time I called and asked for an explanation of the process and what they perform to the annual scheduling call, always professional and nice."

"We wanted tree and driveway lighting.  Bruce (the owner) was responsive to our call and promptly scheduled an appointment to meet with us at dusk so he could show us what each of the lighting options would look like at night.  He brought samples of different types of lighting and we were able to really see what the different options looked like in action.  On the day of installation, the team arrived on schedule. They were friendly, efficient and cleaned up after themselves.   We had a small problem with the "dusk to dawn" timer and when we called Bruce he arranged to come out and replaced it.  We are extremely pleased with the products and the services of Greatest Scapes Landscaping and highly recommend the company.
