I was charged $107 to drain 2- 30? lines which once the main valve is turned off all faucets are drained leaving a little amount of water. I changed my faucets a week ago, I know the procedure and amount of water left in them. $95 was for the call and diagnosis. I was shown the invoice on his cell phone but did not get the invoice until after 3pm via email. The work was completed by 11:30am. I would have paid the $95 and asked him to leave."
