"I called All Weather Temp on a Saturday morning to service my oil burner which was malfunctioning. It was outside of office hours, but I left a message with a woman for emergency service. A service technician called me back within 15 minutes, and was at my house within an hour of speaking with him. He was very knowledgeable and professional, getting the job done in an hour like he originally quoted. He taught my husband and I a lot about the oil burner that we didn't already know, giving us a lot of helpful tips. The only drawback was that we were charged time and a half for labor since it was a Saturday, though I haven't been able to compare it to other companies just yet. The job only took him an hour, so it wasn't that expensive. Overall a very positive experience. I would definitely use this company again for emergency service, and possibly even a service contract."

Not only did they arrive on time and clean up after themselves, they took the time to go over the new water heater shut off valve and alarm. They helped me install the app on my phone. My Hot water heater busted on Christmas night and i called advanced professional 26th early morning, tech at my home in no time to provide estimate and work was done within next 4-6 hours. Technician name Abe who came to my house for service is one of the best. Very polite, professional and make sure work is done neat and clean. Only one thing i am not happy is i think it was little pricey but since it was urgent service i can't complain."
