"This was probably my best experience on Angie's List. I woke up and noticed there was no hot water in the house. Went to the basement and noticed the hot water heater was leaking. I called up Advanced Professional Plumbing, told them what was going on and gave them the specs of the hot water heater. 20 minutes later a technician showed up (a very nice guy named Joey). He inspected everything and showed us the cause of the issue. He gave us a few options on what to do and we decided to replace the 75 gallon hot water heater. Within an hour, Joey came back with Sam and they replaced the old water heater with a new one. They were both professional and got the old hot water heater without making a mess and replaced with a new one. After the job was done, Joey tested all the bathrooms out to make sure the pressure was good and we paid and they were on their way. They were fast, efficient, explained everything and it was a great price. You really can't beat that. Your hot water heater breaks down on a Saturday you are not expecting hot water for the rest of the weekend but Advanced Professional Plumbing delivered. "PlunbWell and Bruno are an excellent choice for my difficult situation. I was getting the air in my hot and cold water lines and could not figure out where it was coming from. He called me in the morning and arrived promptly on time later in the afternoon. He determined that the storage tank was waterlogged, which meant that the blatter was broken and that was allowing air into the system. With further inspection and knowing the history of my submersible water pump, it was probably time to replace that also while he was here. He gave me three different estimates for different projects. I chose the best fit for me. Bruno spent probably double the time he should have two replace the holding tank and submerge pump that it should have taken because the well was an odd size, but maybe typical back in the late 50s early 60s.
