"1 Intact Plumbing & Heating found a second issue and was not able to repair the second problem, stating the part was no longer in production that I should call the manufacture for assisted, Manufacture told myself part is still in production, under warranty and will be to me it was shipped me at no cost. 1 Intact Plumbing & Heating then return after I received the new hose replaced that part in the sink confirm that all the work including, the original job was unclog my sink. I am happy now they came back and fix the issue."

In addition they replaced and re install rigid piping for gas lines that apparently builder had not done correctly (shorts cuts!) this was also verified by another plumbing contractor of which we brought in for an estimate. "This is the second time we have had them to the house. They are neat, clean and I have to say that I am a bug about cursing. There was none of that because I baby sit my grandchildren and they were interacting with the kids while they were walking through the rooms and stuff. When they came in I asked them on which side of the house they were going to be and I told them what time the babies took naps. They worked around the timing that the babies took naps and worked on one that particular side of the house. We only have so many rooms and just can?t keep moving them around and they were very helpful with that. They came in at 7 and talked to e about how many kids I was babysitting hat day, because my daughter is a substitute and they were very good with that. The air-conditioning system was great and is the new type where you don?t need to install ducts all over. You don?t even know it?s on and don?t even hear it. It is heater, air-conditioner and also acts like a de-humidifier. When we first signed up with them, he told me approximate of two weeks and called up and said that there was an issue. He said that one of the guy?s dads had passed away and that he was going to take a couple of days. It was nice that he called me and told me that he was going to push it further and out and would call 3 days before they came and he did, so you could not ask for more from them. We also used them to change the whole heating system a year before."
