"Jimmy is a true professional with a solid work ethic. I was given a clear quote for the work and a thorough explanation of what needed to be done. I would certainly call them again for any future plumbing work. We decided to go with JRS Maintenance for a leak in our cast iron water pipes, which later turned into a bigger job. The nearby pipes were already showing signs of decay, so after an honest conversation with Jimmy, we just settled on changing that whole section leading up to the small leak with PVC (a much-needed upgrade). He arrived on time and made sure to call in advance. The old plumbing came with some concerns, which were shared in advance, but overall the job went smoothly. "They responded very quickly to what I needed done - broken sewer line. Patsy was great. He explained what they could do, the cost and the date they could repair. The day that was scheduled for the repairs to be done+ they showed up on time, explained what they were going to do ,and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. "We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."

"Niko Spirollari and Dori did an excellent job in replacing three (3) radiator valves. One of the valves required a pipe to be replaced. They contacted me immediately upon my request for a quote and they were able to come the very next day to do the job. They gave me a very reasonable estimate for this job and only charged me the cost of an extra valve for the labor and parts to replace a damaged pipe. The entire job took about 2 hours. They placed down work blankets to protect the carpet and they vacuumed the work areas and removed the old valves upon completing the job. They were very informative, efficient and professional. I was very pleased with the work and cost of this project. I have hired them before to replace my hot water tank and install a kitchen faucet and I would definitely hire them for future plumbing projects."
