The workers showed up on time and always cleaned up at the end of their work day. If we had any questions or concerns, Mr. Daly would respond to us as soon as possible. He also kept us up-to-date on any additional cost and would explain the price change. The crew did a wonderful job with the stucco repairs and our exterior improved vastly. After the updates were completed, we received many compliments and people wanted to know who did the work."

"Impriano’s reps were extremely helpful in selecting replacement roofing materials to prevent a roof failure like I had just experienced. They made recommendations for what I needed and explained it in a manner I could understand which was not the case with a different roofing contractor who came to my home to estimate the job. To me, the situation was something of an emergency with winter approaching, and Impriano made scheduling of my roof a priority. Workers were very professional, punctual, and took great care not to impact the adjacent townhouse properties. Workers kept me informed of how work was progressing. They took photos at various stages so I could see the work being done; the photos of the completed job confirmed that my existing gutter guards, etc., had been secured. They were very attentive to small details. For example, they pointed out that the nails used on an existing metal cover between my house and my adjoining neighbor were silver while the cover was brown. Although the roof is 3 stories high, they decided to use brown coated nails so the nails would blend with the cover. At the completion of the job, they cleaned everything up and used a metal detector to locate errant nails on my driveway."

"In 2007 Thermal Quality Window and Door installed 9 replacement windows in my house.  Over the weekend the mechanism that keeps the window open on my bathroom window failed.  On Monday I spoke with Karen who ordered the necessary parts for the repair.  On Tuesday Mitch called to tell me the parts were in and to set up a time for the repair.  He was available the next day!  Wednesday (today), Mitch was out bright and early to repair my window.  30 minutes later, the window was repaired.

"I will be contacting Victory again when I need my siding replaced. Everyone was on time, efficient and professional. Everything was done so quickly. From meeting John for the free consult to scheduling the roof/gutters/trim, everything was scheduled within 2 weeks and the job was done within 3 days. The clean up was great too! Everything was cleaned up nicely."

"John was very responsive and was out at my house within a couple days to look at the siding issue which was when I asked about the soffit issue as well. He explained what could be done about both problems. He did not try to "oversell" me on things that were not a problem (always a concern for single women dealing with contractors). He called me back promptly with a reasonable estimate. About a week later, he and Paul showed up on time and replaced the siding and capped the soffit so there was not a 2" gap between it and the side of the house. Also, my 85+ neighbor came out and asked them to fix a downspout she had accidentally run into when moving it so we come remove snow from her drive. They kindly did so at I imagine little or no money. I'd have these guys back in a nanosecond if I had further siding issues."
