"This was such a great experience.  My first try with Angie's list ...Juan and the rest of the JA Drywall team made the process so easy.  Juan responded to my initial response and he worked with me online.  I sent him some dimensions, drawings, and pictures.  In return he gave me an estimated price, but then came out just a day or two later.  The project was a full basement finish including a drywall ceiling.  The team showed up on the day we agreed they would start (about 3 weeks later).  Arrived early that morning and got ready for the drywall to be delivered.  A half a day later they had all the drywall install!!!  The next 4 days was made up of the finishing work which was about 2-3 hours each time he came.  The team did not leave any debris behind and the basement looks awesome.  Could not have asked for a better experience.

"It went pretty well. My house didn't get any warmer, because I discovered that I needed windows.  For some reason, they couldn't tell me that I needed windows. I put some plastic over some of the windows, and the change was almost instant. I would have rather put the money I spent for the insulation into putting in new windows. They were professional, and they did a good job. They just missed that I needed windows instead of insulation."

"I called 9 roofers and got 7 quotes from ~13,000 to ~5,500 and went with Impriano at the low cost end. All quotes were for GAF 50 year shingles with a 25 year transferable warrenty. I am very pleased I did. They were prompt and professional and called to schedule as promised and delivered and installed the roof on target despite some recent rain. The roof and trim looks good and after a lot of rain the leaks I had around the dormer and chimney are all gone. They cleaned up after themselves very well including sweeping the street in front of the house. I have not found anything left behind. "My original appointment was scheduled for November 2nd.  He came back on November 5th because he did not have a part he needed - thankfully I was working from home on the 5th or the installation would have taken longer to complete.
Frankly I did not understand not having the part - there is a hardware store very close to me as well as a Home Depot and Lowe's approximately a mile away.  However it did work out on the 5th and the new faucet prevented water leaking below my sink which I was not aware of until I removed items for the installation.  Very happy the situation is rectified!
