"One of the keys to success in business is customer service. Lyons roofing understands customer service. When I contacted them via Angie’s list, I was called within 2 days to discuss the issue with our roof. An appointment was made. I was also informed as to a possible future date when any possible needed work could be done. I received confirmation by email, as well as a telephone reminder. I was also informed of the time and the name of the representative coming. I was also informed promptly of a change in the representative who was coming. The rep called 30 minutes before arriving and was on time. He was polite, knowledgeable and did not try to sell me a service I did not need. A business gets full marks from me if they come when they say they will come, turn up on time and are professional in there interaction once they arrive. There is nothing worse than waiting all day for a business rep to turn up and at the end of the day there is a “no show”. A day wasted. So many businesses have no idea regarding customer communication and service. But Lyons roofing gets full marks for this."

"They got busy and were not available when I contacted them a few months after their initial estimate to perform additional roof work. When I called again, I was told they would need to provide a new estimate since a 4 or 5 months had passed. I sent a request by email and got no response. They never responded to follow up phone call or email requesting a new estimate. I hired someone else to actually perform the repair work to the roof tile and skylights, so I can't comment on the quality of their actual work."

"I called to have my skylights repaired and while here they repaired a 20' piece of fascia board that was dry rotted, it turned out I only needed new bubbles on 3 of my skylights ( saved me a lot of money). I have used this company in the past and always have gotten the royal treatment in quality of work and communication. I would highly recommend for any roofing repairs"

"Mr. John Ast the owner of the company was highly recommended to us and now we know why! :) He was great to work with and was very detailed and explained to us what our roof needed and also the cost to replace our roof was explained well. Reasonably priced as well. His crew was exceptional at getting our roof completed on time, they are one hard working crew!! The clean up went great and John came out to inspect after. Would recommend if you need your roof repaired or replaced. We will be using their services again for future home repairs, as they do more than just roofs as well."
