"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"DON?T ever hire this company. They came and put six mice bait boxes in my house, tracked in mud and snow on my floors and carpeting. Also the technician was taking my bait stations I had previously put down and putting them into her box. Complete THEFT!!! No exclusions done. Please do not hire this company. The roof is beautiful and the yard was immaculate after the job was done. You couldn’t even tell they had been here. The dumpster was gone the next morning.
