"THE TIME FRAME WAS INCONVENIENCE FOR MY DAUGHTER AND GRAND KIDS, SO THEY HAD A BIG JOB THEY WERE DOING AND I WAS EXPECTING THEM TO DO IN A TIME THAT WAS STATED TO ME, IT TOOK TO LONG FOR THE CONTRACTOR THAT WAS HIRE TO FINISH,BUT I ACCEPTED IT BECAUSE HE WAS A NICE YOUNG HARD WORKING MAN AND I REALLY NEED THE ROOF DONE BEFORE THE BIG RAIN CAME AGAIN , BUT I LEARN IN LIFE TO BE PATIENT WITH PEOPLE AND THE WORK WAS DONE TO MY APPROVED AND BY TRUSTING THEIR WORD THAT THE ROOF WAS DONE RIGHT AND THEY WERE VERY NICE TO TAKE PICTURE OF THE ROOF DUE TO BACK SURGERY, THANK GOD FOR GOOD PEOPLE. I AM PLEASE AND SO WAS MY DAUGHTER AT THE END."

About 2 weeks later and an accidental bump into the pallet in my new Mazda3 getting out of the garage one morning, 8 Spanish-speaking men showed up and did the entire roof in approximately 8 hours. It rained extremely hard the very next day but we had no leaks. The only recommendation I would make about Quality is to improve their scheduling the actual contractors doing the work and communicate some warning to their customers before the contractors arrive."
