"Designing a home of your dreams is stressful, but working with Fortunato Architecture lowered that stress level. Dan Fortunato and his staff, Emily and Tawanda, were very easy to work with and very professional throughout the process. Once you meet with Dan you can tell that he loves what he does. During the design phase he was responsive and engaged. Dan listened to our needs, he created a custom look that we wanted for our home. He is talented, his attention to detail is excellent, and his wonderful sense of design reflected our needs accurately. His design options, his explanation and illustration of the finish product was excellent. We made several unexpected changes to our plans and Dan was patient, helped and advised us with the changes. He was very accessible during the entire design phase. After reviewing the plans I can say that Dan's homes are designed and engineered a step above most homes. His architectural services were extremely reasonable, and our expectations to his work were exceeded. A builder we met has worked with Dan on several jobs and he stated that Dan's plans exceed most architects and his designs leaves no interpretation for the builder.
