"It all went very well.  They offered me a choice of systems, including overage for certain areas inside the house, and explained how each worked. The installer took only a couple of hours to install the fence around my yard, including down in a rather steep ravine.  He was very professional, and answered all the questions I had.  The trainer came out the same afternoon for our first lesson.The collar can be set for a wide range of correction, and they started Sully out at a very low level, and he figured it out very quickly.  <br /> On the subsequent training sessions, the trainer downloaded information from the collar that showed how many times the dog had gone into the activation field and received corrections.  He also brought his dog to give Sully a tempting distraction.  My dog learned the boundaries pretty quickly and  even when children or other dogs pass, he stays inside the safe area.  I am very well pleased with the system, and would highly recommend it.  It's such a pleasure to be able to leave the door open on a nice day and let the dog go in and out as he pleases without having to worry that he'll get "happy feet" and run off down the street. <br /> <br />"

"I've used Mike before in my old house where he built a flawless cedar fence. When we built our new house and were told the HOA only allowed wrought iron fences, I was glad to find out that Mike does those too. <br /> He came out before the house and final grading were complete and took rough measurements to work up a contract. Once the final grade was complete, he sent Alberto out to fine tune the dimensions. Debbie was very helpful in allowing us to make changes to the design once we clarified details from the village. <br /> What I like best about Mike's installers is their attention to detail. They take the extra time on all fences to make sure the panels are dead even and level. When they installed the cedar fence I was impressed with how perfect the workmanship was with the scalloped top pattern we chose. The aluminum fence was no different. <br /> They take the time ask exactly where you want the gates, which way they open, etc. Everything to make sure you are 100% happy with the installation - which we were - both times. <br /> Also worth adding that over the years, the cedar fence gate posts move a bit with the harsh winters. Mike was always available to have the guys come out and adjust, or reset the posts to make sure the gates worked perfectly for years to come. <br />"
