"Bill is very friendly and installed is a new lift master with new rollers and sensors and assisted my family and I in learning how to use the new system. While we were finishing learning about the app options and what all the buttons did my mother & I forgot to ask about the keypad to be installed which was part of Bill’s initial estimate. He left for the day after we realized he was supposed to include a keypad and he would not pick up our calls. Throughout the week I was emailing him and surprised to learn that he too forgot the keypad and had to go to the warehouse to get one for us. A week later he did install the keypad, but only let me know an hour before he would be arriving before I could make it home. Yes, the job was done and his pricing is great, but I wanted to discuss with him in person that it felt unprofessional for him to forget something included in his estimate. I also think it was unprofessional for me to be asking the whole week when he was planning on coming and he only told me the day of at around 11:15. By 11:15 everyone in my home was at work and could not be there to meet him within the hour. Maybe he assumed someone would be home because of covid-19, but we are all essential workers and have to come into work anyhow. So, sure, hire him for his pricing and the work is totally fine, but like some other reviews be aware his communication skills are really frustrating."
