"It went great. Satisfied us when anything came up. Like, there were a couple punch list items, and he addressed them. Before he finished the other part of the project. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. My dad is the owner of the house, but he put me there. I'm the one that got the contractor and everything, and I'm telling you it's. It looks like it was this way originally, like it grew there. I can't say enough about how great it was because we had to deal with discontinued products. And I was, now, there were a little bit of obstacles that we had to get over, but it was just, everything was done, and to complete satisfaction. "TMM Builders (Ted) did a full rebuild of our house in Avalon, from knockdown to completion. We are so very pleased with the work that was done, which was completed in a very efficient, highly professional manner. We have had several people in the construction trade tour the home and comment that they were very impressed at the quality of the workmanship and professional manner in which it was completed. No shortcuts were taken or corners cut. Ted was very easy to work with from start to finish. All the subs were excellent at their specialty and also nice guys that you wouldn't mind letting in your home. Both Joe and they were always sensitive to the fact that we had to live here while the work was going on, and tried to inconvenience us as little as possible. Joe worked with us with each change and/or additional work we requested, and the addition to the bedrooms and new master bath were just what we hoped for.
