Pete helped us pick out the cabinets, countertop, fixtures, flooring, and tile, and he made sure everything stayed within budget. He was accommodating to all our requests and concerns. Pete and his team arrived promptly every day of reno work, cleaned up all debris, and protected my house's furniture and new appliances from damage. Most importantly, he was always accessible, answering EVERY email, phone call, and text almost immediately. Renovation projects are stressful enough (we knocked down a wall into the dining room, resized a window and completed it with matching exterior vinyl siding and capping, replaced the floor and subfloor in 2 rooms, cut new trim, repaired drywall, changed the color and decor, added new plumbing, electricity and lights, and increased 7 feet of cabinet/countertop/backsplash space to 18 feet!), but Pete and the crew did their best to alleviate all our stress. "I used Kitchen Trends (Randy Smith) to take out my single kitchen sink and put in a double stainless steel sink and garbage disposal both of which I had already purchased. I had three other contractors come to look at the job and all declined. The counter top had to be enlarged for the new sink to be installed and all others declined because of fear of cracking the counter top when cutting the extra space. Randy assured me he could do the job. I hired him and he did the job to perfection. That's what he is. A perfectionist ! Cost wise maybe a slight higher than others but then you get what you pay for."

"I am very pleased with the work Foglio's performed on my house. They tore out the old carpet in two rooms and replaced it with new carpeting that was more dog-frindly. The living room was large, so I was concerned that the seam would be visible but they did a wonderful job with installation. The seam is completely invisible. They moved all of our large furniture and we did not have any issues with damage. The contractors were clean and did the installation while we were out of the country on vacation without any issue. Will certainly use them again in the future."
