"Robert was very quick to respond with a call vs. communicating via text . I sent pictures to him explaining a failed/ incomplete job by another contractor from Thumbtack… the worst ever . Anyway, Robert explained he could complete the job , came with a contact detailing work to be done and an estimate of cost based on the pictures. After inspection of the roof, the estimate was within parameters. Contract papers was signed, Robert got to work right a away. Robert is trustworthy and truthful, he did a perfect job! repairing my roof. I appreciate Robert’s interpersonal and professional qualities… I had no worries about him completing the work. Unfortunately , I was scammed by a roofer from Thumbtack for which I broke all the rules to protect myself ; hard lessons learned!
