"1. Your promised the world but it s not delivered. 2. No communication. We kept getting told the work would be done at different times. (Via text & ring bell footage, but that didn t happen.) 3. Workers would work for two hours a day then leave to, another project. 4. They will give you NO documentation or receipts. They threw the receipts for the rock in the trash. (Our trash) 5. Workers left their McDonalds lunch trash in the pile of trash, that was left in the driveway for over a week! 6. When the trash was picked up, their tractor left tire marks all over the driveway. After asking to clean it up or even how to clean it up. We were told, It would wash off when it rains. 7. When an estate lawyer (who happens to be our neighbor) advised us of a tripping hazard. We were told to, Tell her to mind her own business. I wouldn t hire for large jobs, thus we didn t hire them for the back yard which would have easily been an $8-$10K Job. They just charged us the front and side which we were ok with but the work ethic sucked. IF you hire them, set a due date for them because they won t. Set an expectation of documentation, like receipts and such because you don t want to end up in small claims court. Lastly stay on them, they say they are so busy. So you have to keep up with them. Otherwise they will disappear for a week or so."
