"Only reason I gave a 4.5 was not because of any lack of craftsmanship. the 4.5 was due to the scheduling. When a scheduled time was supposed to been met, it wasn't. This was for one instance only. I get it, things happen and come up but let the customer know. That it itself is in no way a bad reflection on the quality of work. I got 5 bids and went with Stoneworx. I could have gone with someone else. NO company is perfect, as you as homeowners know. I would use them again and have referred friends and family. The product and the install went smooth. very nice and able to explain and answer questions and concerns. Thank you Will for the countertops."

On the 17 April 17 Eric showed up and started the grout cleaning and completed the job in about 4 hours. The grout had not been cleaned for 10 years and was nearly black. He did a great job, the grout lines were a light gray again and tile look like new. He sealed the grout lines and left the space clean. Eric was very careful working around the furniture we were not able to move. It was a real joy to hire someone who is so professional and pleasant. "Extremely satisfying experience, and high-quality work!  Mr Ralph Thierry was very prompt, courteous, professional, and certainly does know his stuff!!  Very competent and efficient, he completely "sized up" the task at hand, explained the appropriate "plan of attack," and got to work immediately.  In preparation for the stripping and reglazing, he found that our tub drain connections were not properly attached, and he went to great lengths to get this repaired, including providing new pipe sections, and attaching them behind the tub wall.  It was quite involved, and he was very thorough.  The stripping of the old glaze from the tub was a huge task, and Mr Thierry tackled it with know-how and determination!  I was very impressed with his conscientiousness.  Same was true of the stripping and reglazing of the fiberglass shower pan.  Mr Thierry also cleaned up all the debris VERY SATISFACTORILY after the work.  Here it is now, a year later, and his work has held up beautifully.  This company uses the most durable glazing material on the market, and it shows!  I have had no "peeling" as I did with the old surface material.  I would highly recommend this company for this situation any day!"
