"We called Cook as they have a good reputation and we had work done by them previously. Our cabinets are 20+ years old and a dated natural (?) finish. I just wanted to have them painted and to keep the granite countertops that we installed a few years ago. When Natalie, the kitchen designer saw them she felt that they should be refinished to contrast w the counters---not painted. I am so glad I took her advice. Luis and his crew did a marvelous job.He is a perfectionist and did lots of prep to protect existing surfaces. If he wasn't happy w an area, it was redone.In addition, we had some new drawers and pull outs installed. We are very happy with the result---Luis put a beautiful finish on the cabinets in the kitchen and laundry room. With Cook you get professional results at a reasonable price."

"We had been referred to Kirk Development by a friend who had given them rave reviews on a major remodel at their home. We were certainly not disappointed! From the inception of the project with Gary as our designer, we were kept informed of the progress and what the schedule would be. We had a bit of a hiccup at the beginning of the project as our superintendent left the company and we were assigned a new superintendent. We were a bit concerned how this would affect the project, but that was an unwarranted concern. Michael stepped in seamlessly and led the remainder of the project beautifully. One thing I appreciated about the way Michael managed our job was a real time calendar he left at our home so I knew when different projects would be worked on and subcontractors would be arriving at the house. It can be tough to "live" through a remodel at your home when you are actually living there, but this made it quite manageable and helped eliminate surprise arrivals. I really appreciated that as a stay at home mom! Also, all the subcontractors we worked with were terrific - very qualified and professional. Our remodel was a bit complicated because of the odd angles in our kitchen, but Gary, Michael, and the rest of the team really helped give us great advice and direction so as to ensure the kitchen functioned for us as well as looked nice aesthetically. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kirk to anyone who wants a quality product!"

"I hired Parker Remodeling for a new engineered hardwood floor install. Khris is a pleasure to work with! Super nice guy and very knowledgeable!! His customer service is top notch, very responsive and collaborative. He will work with you and discus every detail of the project prior to beginning. I donâ t have any major complaints. If Iâ m looking for things that others might want to take into consideration, there are a few. In no way should these things prevent you from hiring Khris cause heâ s great and Iâ m very happy with my floors. But just a couple things to keep in mind. My kitchen ended up with dust in all of the cupboards and pantry. I knew the project would be dusty but I wasnâ t informed about just how much dust would infiltrate my kitchen or I would have emptied out all my cupboards and pantry. They could have done a better job protecting these areas. They taped film but left a lot of exposed openings for dust to get through. I have horrible allergies so for me, it was a big deal. The payment schedule was not discussed or clearly displayed on the proposal upfront. It was a little unclear how much of the bid needed to be paid and when. But this wasnâ t a huge deal, Khris was pleasant and accommodating and we figured it out. My floors creak a bit but I am told this is a dry environment/ humidity issue as my install completed in late November. All manufacturers install requirements were followed so I have no reason to believe itâ s an install issue at this time. Overall, a very good experience and I will be looking to hire Khris again for future projects.!!"

"Should have wrote this awhile ago. We had regal redo our master bathroom in 2017, and then the other 3 bathrooms in 2019. No real complaints, Rich was easy to work with. Small, minor issues were fixed quickly and we are very happy with our end product in each room. Would recommend."

"Pretty well. Cesar and his crew are masters at drywall repair and matching texture pattern. The work took a week which was little longer than originally expected but we added some items to the list. After the crew was finished painting and left, we noticed some spots that were missed (hard to see except in the morning light). Cesar was more than happy to come and fix the problem in a very timely manner. Cesar wanted to make sure we were happy with the job and went out of his way to make it all good."
