The job was done in July.</p> <p>The crew of two men showed up on time and did a great job installing the windows. The problems started after the windows were in. The re-installed my two window air conditioners, but left large gaps around them where wind and water could get in.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> </p> <p> They fixed one of them before they left, but I had to call the office to get the other one done. It was fixed a week later, but then Alex called me and said it was not part of their job to put the A/C back in, and the customer should make the arrangements for that. Well, alright, but he didn't tell me that when he came out to make the arrangements for the work to be done. It would have been a deal breaker for me, as I am elderly and not strong enough to do that. He said they had "gone above and beyond" by putting the A/C back in for me, but I don't think it's too much to expect them to put things back as they were when they started the job. Certainly they should have told me if it wasn't part of the agreement.</p> <p><br /></p>"

"Several months ago, I noticed that doors in my house were no longer closing and latching. Specifically, my front door no longer locked completely. Once I got it fully locked I could no longer open my front door anymore, so I knew I had foundation issues. I called Bay Area Underpinning to come look at my foundation and do some measurements. We discovered that my front living room was sinking approximately one and a half to 2 inches. The crew, Lance Sladek, Jake Hall, and Eddie Shaw, crawled under my house and dug 30 to 40 foot holes in the ground to install piers that would lift my foundation. These gentlemen worked in very cramped dirty conditions in 90-100° weather. I was extremely happy with their work and their dedication to doing the job correctly. My after the foundation lift, my front door as well as several other doors in my home were able to close and latch again."

"Counters look good, however, there was a HUGE mess. Tons of old counter top in every one my drawers and in all of the cabinets. Basically no clean up, no attempt to. In addition, they got glue in the window track and the window couldn't open. I called multiple times to have this fixed weeks apart. I did get an apology for them forgetting to come out after the first call. However, a huge mess was made getting the glue off the window seal and not cleaned up even a little bit. Rude...acted like we were inconveniencing them. Never apologized. The counters look great but customer service definitely left a sour taste."
