"DO NOT DOE BUSINESS with Ohio Basement Authority!!!! I spent over 30,000 dollars on this repair and have gotten nothing but the run around about fixing their inability to do the job right the first time, They did a horrible job with back filling my foundation I hired them in 11/2025 after the first rain it settled so badly I called them out and they put some mulch down to back fill who does that Ohio basement does that! The settling keeps getting worse I have never had a problem with water in my basement and now All the water from rain and snow sheds right to my foundation. They didn't connect the down spout damage a porch rail and basically took their money and ran. 4 Times I have called about this they were to come 1/23/2026 and DID NOT SHOW UP!! I did not even warrant a phone call so DISRESPECTFUL to me and my home. Just stay away from Ohio Basement Authority unless you want to give your money away!"

He informed us the foundation was failing and explained what needed to be done. He throughly explained everything and told us how we could do it ourselves for much cheaper than a contractor could do it. The terrific crew were so efficient that the work was completed in under four hours. You literally cannot see where the trench was dug. Last night, we had a gulley washer rainfall. My neighbors probably thought I had lost my mind standing in the street in the rain in the dark with a flashlight—but it was so great watching the rainwater pouring out of the new drainage pipe ? The entire experience with the folks at Rogers felt like I was working with family. Just amazing. I’m so happy to have found a trusted company to turn to if future foundation/ basement issues arise.
