"Initially, it started out a little rough. Chad and I had set and appt to meet at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, 9/25/09. I was there but no signs of Chad. I called around 11:40, 11:50, 12: 20 but were unsuccessful. I did leave a message for Chad to call me back to discussed what happened. I left the house at 12:30 and head back to the office. Around 4P, I received a call from Chad stating he had problems with the job he was doing and his phone didn't have service. This is why he didn't show up for the 11:30 appt. However, when he called at 4P, I decided to give him one more chance. At 5:40P, he showed. After looking through the back yard, there were concerns that the backyard didn't have enough slop to carry the water. However, after a closer look, Chad determined that the slope is there and he can put in the French drain and hopeful solve my problem. After the appt, we decided to have the job done on Wed. 9/30/09. Chad arrived at 8:20 a.m. Before, I even got back to the house around 12:30, the job was done. So far, the drain works."

"Dilbeck Landscaping provides excellent service in the HOA we live in by maintaining ALL of the landscaping. Moving lawns, clipping bushes & spreading mulch. Their staff is diligent and meticulous about the way they maintain the area. As a consequence we elected to contact them, shortly after we bought our home in the Chattanooga area in order to plant an additional large tree. My wife is an avid bird watcher/feeder and felt that this would attract more native birds. Tough their schedule was fairly full, Craig fit us in but a few days after we contacted them, planted the tree without even asking for a deposit ( somewhat unheard off in So. California where we moved from). The price we negotiated for labor and material was fair was fair, They did a highly professional job, even adding an additional drain extension that was not called for contractually. The job was completed prior to our expected date of completion.
