"The process up to the QA Inspection was excellent. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Austin was excellent at giving honest answers to all our questions. When I asked him one he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to BS his way through, he simply said he didn’t know and then proceeded to make calls until he got an answer. At the Pre-install inspection we were told the install crew would arrive between 8-10. The install crew chief was very surprised to hear that when he arrived at 7. The installation was also excellent. Done and dusted by 4PM. The QA inspection cost you an excellent rating. It was little more than a high pressure sales pitch to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl. I just spent $20K on a new roof and he pressured us to spend another $40K on something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Power, but with a caveat on the QA inspection."

"Everyone we worked with - from the sales group to the job crew - were friendly, courteous and helpful. We had new siding, shutters and a front door installed on our house. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"George was very professional when we first dealt with him and did a satisfactory job.  However, when we wanted him to do smaller jobs, he did not respond or set up dates to come and then did not show up nor did he call.  His father, who is the actual owner of George's Painting, came to our house for an estimate to have 3 closet shelves installed (the metal mesh type) for hwich he wanted $650.00.  We thought that was entirely too much as the material cost less than $100.  We looked for someone else off of Angie's list and got an excellent person who only charged $200 which was more reasonable and on top of that did an excellent job.    In addition we are having numerous other things done at reasonable prices.  Had I waited a bit longer, I could have gotten my house painted much cheaper as well.  George is overpriced and does not respond when you call or will he make an appointment with you and then not keep it.  I am glad I found someone else who is capable of doing what we want, is professional, does excellent work and his price is more reasonable.    I have already had work done by this other company and we are very satisfied.

"Howard is very professional. He replaced several deck boards which have been cracked. Previously when he did estimation he told me that he will replace 5 boards, when he actually worked on. He realized that there were two more pieces may need to be replaced in the near future. So he went out brought more boards to replace and still charged me the original price he quoted. He also explained to us how the deck needs to be maintained. He has done a great job and we will definitely call him when we need have any other repair done at house.

"The folks at All Exteriors were VERY good. They answered the first call to them, made an appointment and a representative arrived ahead of time to do the repair work needed. The job could have neen completed withtn three hours of my initial call but the craftsman who was doing the repair did not like the match of his available parts to what was on our home. He said they woyuld make the correct sized piece and replace it for a better appearance to our home. He was right! The repair looks great and they DID NOT charge extra for the making of the new part!"

"The owner came out and gave us an option.  He came out twice.  They did great and it's a good product too.  They have excellent customer service.  They follow calls if it can't be done.  They're extremely knowledgeable.  I would use them again.  Their installer person was great.  He really knew what he's doing.  He's efficient and really personable."
