"After seeing small signs of mold in our basement as well as the dreaded "musty" smell, we called American Home Services. Kurt Randall came out and spent close to 30 minutes looking at the basement and finding active signs of mold through out the entire basement. Additionally he showed me the off-the-charts moisture behind the walls.
We discussed several options on how to proceed with the mold remediation that worked within our budget as well as completely and totally removing the mold.
They were quick to schedule us after signing the agreement.
On the day they started, they showed up promptly and got to work. Kurt was there to supervise every day of the work. He graciously took pictures of the mold as they went in case of further action on our part. Additionally, he brought us down to see the issues during each step. Lastly, as they discovered issues with the basement plumbing and electrical, took care to point them out and even capped a live wire for us.
He also provided us with names and numbers of companies that they often use for build back and HVAC cleaning after the project.
We were completely satisfied with their work and while we hope to never need their services again, the next time we fear mold, we know who to call.
