He was very thorough and explained everything effectively.  They were very good about being neat and following all the proper procedures for removing mold.  We have a statement that further explains they did remove the mold. As long as we follow through with the process, we will not have any mold in the future. Another think I really liked about the service was the initial phone conversation.  He explained, not just their role in the company but the all other aspects of removing the mold. One of our biggest problems was that the frozen pipes were under the floor of our beautiful new kitchen, the pipe repair could well have resulted in our having to have cabinets and ceramic flooring removed because the frozen pipes were under the kitchen the in a crawl space. Millersville Plumbing not only did an excellent repair job but also saved our beautiful kitchen from any damage whatsoever. By Tuesday the service was complete, repaired in a way that will prevent this from happening again.
