"I always hate being forced to give a bad review on a local small business but despite our best efforts to get our issues resolved, we are left with flooring that is damaged. Our floor has been replaced twice and we are still left with damaged flooring. Their first installer used cardboard to level the floor. We only know this because our flooring was breaking and when they pulled it up we found the cardboard. W2W brought in a different installer to put in a level floor and it is still not level and our flooring is breaking again. We tried to be fair and offered to pay for the floor if it was discounted, if they would cover the installation since this is an installation issue. The lack of reasonable and timely follow-up has been so unacceptable even reasonable people like us have a hard time not getting angry. We strongly suggest that you go elsewhere for your flooring.
