"I can't say enough good things about this company. We chose Cascade because of their stellar Angie's List reviews and we were not disappointed. Terry was so friendly and knowledgeable about the product (Mohawk Smartstrand) and didn't try and upsell us on any one particular choice. His partner, Dave, came out on a Saturday to measure and give us an estimate. Their pricing is fair and the work they do completely thorough and they drove an hour south to work on our house in Hudson. After we committed, our carpet came in the following week and Dave scheduled us immediately. They showed up when we arranged and got it done in two days. Poor Dave, we have what they call "Hollywood Stairs" - open treads with a railing on one side - which are not easy to measure and install. But he very carefully installed two staircases worth of these and they look fantastic. Everyone at Cascade was a pleasure to work with and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks, guys, it's been a month and I am still completely in love with my soft, new carpet."

"After tenants left the home they were renting, all the carpet needed to be replaced. We were on a tight timeline, as the new tenants were scheduled to move in the following week. We originally scheduled with Home Depot, but the day of scheduled measuring and ordering, Home Depot cancelled, and said they couldn't be out until the following week! This left us in quite a bind. After calling several carpet stores, one referred us to Carpet Center. On the initial phone call I explained the situation; the response was most accommodating! I was told she would check first if the installer was available, and phone me right back - she did. She then scheduled someone to meet me at the home and take measurements, and place the order, based on samples the sales person brought with. We had narrowed the selection to an 'apartment grade' quality, as this was readily available and had no wait time. The salesman met me as scheduled, measured and the carpet was selected. The installer arrived on time the next day, and did a fine job of installing the carpet. I wasn't at the home at the time of the install, so I can't speak to the installer, other than the quality of the job he was hired to do, and he did a fine job! We, and the new tenants are very satisfied with the product and service provided by the Carpet Center. <br /> It is also noteworthy, that these folks were willing to travel from New Richmond, WI to Inver Grove Heights, MN - and there were no fees tacked on for the service. Very helpful, very accommodating! <br />"
