He managed a terrific team of subcontractors, scheduling them in a timely manner so the work progressed smoothly and keeping us informed of who would be on site when. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched.
