"Andrey and his associate came out and in less than a day repaired the cracks in my chimney and re stucco d the top half. He told me he's be back to paint on Tuesday and showed up right when he said he would. This would have been a 5 rating if when it came time to pay they accepted credit cards as they listing shows. Andrey said they only accepted checks at this time, so reluctantly I gave him one. It throws my budget off as I was planning to have to pay the full amount next month, and get some travel miles in addition. If they are no longer accepting credit card payments they should update their listing and web site. It was worth the price and they did good work, but this left a bad taste in the end"

"Ivan, the owner, came at the appointed time to assess my project. He provided an alternative to what I believed I needed (incorporating in part what I posted as the job.) The estimate was more than reasonable. Ivan't team also came to do the job when they stated. Additionally, I have two dogs for which I needed a "heads up" to get secured, and the team also called a few minutes before the arrival to accommodate my request. Both the wood repair and the installation of the soffitt and fascia were completely timely and at exactly the price that was quoted. The team worked efficiently, coming early and finishing up all but a minor bit in one day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone like me that needs repairs but are not particularly fluent in what they need, or the best way to move forward. A very good experience overall!"

Most painters would have just painted over them! Then they offered to do the replacement work…..saving us money and time! And we had some issues with the color of the paint not looking like the sample once applied. They made multiple trips to 2 different store locations to get it right and helped me decide which color was best! These guys have integrity and work ethic we just don’t get to experience in the business these days…..but we should! And they deliver! "This was a wonderful experience!! I highly recommend working with Graham aluminum because they are courteous friendly professionals. we sprung a leak in our home and they acted fast for us. Because of that, there was minimal damage to the interior of our home. We had heard from several of our friends that had worked with Graham to get their metal roofs done. The supervisor explained the product he'd be using & how it would be installed. Their price acutally beat two other quotes we had gotten. "Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."
