"Everything went very well. The technician had all the parts in his truck, even though he hadn’t been given many details. Our sump well is smaller than most, but he was able to fit it in. I would’ve liked to keep the old pump, but didn’t think to make that request until after the technician left. Called the office for it, but I guess it was already disposed of. Would hire this company again."

"I had called Pipey when I had an emergency leak under my sink. I got a call immediately within minutes and they gave me an appointment. I got a text that my appointment was confirmed. The team of two came in, they were very courteous and respectful. Since we don’t like have anyone wear shoes in our home they took them out and performed the work quickly and cleanly. Didn’t leave any trash behind for us. While they were there, I asked them to check a couple of additional things and they gave on the spot estimates. Work was clean overall and price was reasonable. "Called on Wednesday 08/17/20 talked with owner Mr. Kamienski. He explained what had to be done and gave me his price over the phone. Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. He explained why and what he was doing as they worked. Came prepared to do the job and worked steady until it was completed. Also they were very through in their cleanup. They work very well as a team , each knowing they role in the process. We have had a few heavy rains since the repairs and have had no issues with water leakage. I would not hesitate to hire them again."

"The guys from 4-Ever Water-Tite were great! Prior to contracting 4-Ever Water-Tite, I had problems with water and excess moisture in my basement. My basement walls were also pushing in laterally. They put in a perimeter drain system and a new sump pump. They also installed steel support beams to support the walls. I am happy to report that it has now been a full year since 4-Ever Water-Tite worked on waterproofing my basement and it has remained dry. I highly recommend this company."

"Tim showed up right on time. He was very polite and very professional. He answered all of our questions and addressed any of our concerns with the house. The final report was in my email within an hour after he finished the inspection. He also gave us his card that had his direct number on it in case we had any further questions. "All I needed was a sump pump replaced. First off, they charge $59.00 for an estimate. They deduct that if they do the job. But still $59.00 for an estimate? They offered me 3 options. The first was over $2000.00!! Remember I only needed a sump pump replaced. I wound up with the cheapest of the 3 estimates and it was $671.52. My last sump pump replacement from a different company was $325.00. Unfortunately I didn't locate that bill until the work was done and with a sump pump time can be very important. The worker was great. He did the job quickly and was very neat. He, however did tell me that he installed an industrial type sump pump and that I probably wouldn't hear it...WRONG."
