I had to call them a couple of times to replace the tub drain. For 14k, I feel I deserve better than what I got. Besides the representative for the company seemed to be on some type of trip. "I had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful. I'm really pleased with the service I got. I have used Expo several times before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"After so many negative experiences with people claiming to be "professionals" I contacted Mr Whitingham at Smart Dova's Home Renovation to install several blinds.  After my request for a quote he responded with a return call within minutes.  He came right over. We agreed on a price. He returned when promised and completed the job.  I was very happy with the outcome, so when I wanted to get estimates for a very large renovation, I again called Smart Dova. He gave me a detailed estimate, and a start date. When he began the demolition, he brought a large crew. For every phase: demolition, reframing, insulation installation, the necessary wiring, installation of fixtures, drywall, painting, and refinishing the fireplace and the hardwood floors, he had an appropriate crew for the work.  He discussed each phase with me. "We hired Roman to retile and correct the slope in (2) of our walk in showers, replace the shower floor in and retile the floor in (1) bathroom. Roman was quick to respond to our questions and quick to come by for a quote. his wife Joselyn who takes care of his paperwork had great customer service. The only issue we had, was that we had to stay on top of the worker he brought in. When Roman wasn't there to supervise, corners were cut. Roman had to correct some of his work once we brought it to his attention. He was understanding and quick to remedy. We will use his services again."
