"When I purchased my home YEARS ago, they installed my new roof. I can't remember who recommended them. When they replaced my entire roof, the crew arrived on time and work efficiently until the end of the job. At the close of the job, they cleaned everything. I did not see traces of them being at my house. My neighbors complimented how well they did the job and the clean-up. So naturally when I had a small leak in the roof, I called them. They immediately responded. Due to COVID there was a wait. I expected that, however, they kept in constant contact. The weather was a challenge, scheduling me was also a challenge, along with my travel, but I trust them. When I was put on the schedule, they called. Again, I didn't know they were at my house. The work was done with excellence and so was the clean-up. I live in the Roseland area and have definitely recommended them to all my neighbors. David was prompt in visiting and quoting and very detailed about the work to be done. a large section of old flat roof was repaired several months and EVEN AFTER RECECENT HEAVY rains, NO LEAKS! I've had the same areas repaired several times by "cheap" part time roofers and wasted my money. didn't pay a lot and got nothing for it other than more leaks. APR knows what they're doing and has the right equipment to repair a DIFFICULT OLD roof + flashing, etc. Their workers were very detailed and professional + cooperative about some little stuff I pointed out while they were working that were also patched. "Tim replaced our fascia a couple of years ago, so I asked for another quote for full roof replacement and installing a bath vent in the roof. The quote was one of the lowest using a good quality shingle. I must of asked at the right time because we were able to schedule the roof replacment within the week. Tim was very patient as we went back and forth with shingle colors. The work went very smooth. Because of the pitch of the roof, it took a day longer than expected. The roof looks excellent. His team cleaned ok, there were some big pieces, but Tim helped clean the metal nails and staples on the final inspection. It was a very good experience."
