Get matched with top asphalt shingle roofing repairers in Riverdale Park, MD

"Outstanding. The job was originally estimated at one day but it soon turned into three full days. Every board that was cut and every shingle that was nailed was done in a highly professional manner. The roof is literally better than new. After raking the lawn could not come up with a single nail, the cleanup was that good. The roof itself was quoted at $5100 plus the additional plywood as needed. Another firm quoted a price including all needed plywood that was at least $500 more and did not include the finish coat of paint on the windows. The total cost was $9500 but that included an extensive amount of carpentry work (both roof plywood and window framing) at what I considered a reasonable price. An added bonus is we have enclosed gutters. The old roof the rain would bounce off the top of the gutters and could be very noisy at times, the new roof is very quiet. Roof color matches the paint scheme for the house and the installation was first rate. Price, quality, timeliness, could not have been better. Would definitely use this company again and would be happy to tell my neighbors. Two other quotes we received were higher as noted above and one couldn't supply the exact shingle color we wanted."

"Roberto was on time, assess the roof and provided repair solutions. I would recommend this company for repairs."

"I chose Certified for my new roof because my neighbor used them and had a good experience. I made the right choice. They explained all the components of my new roof and the costs very clearly. The job was completed exactly as explained and within the time frame. The roofing team - supervisors and workers - were courteous, professional, and very careful. They moved all of my flower pots, etc. to be safe during the process removing the old roof, and cleaned up meticulously afterwards, including retrieving any old shingles that may have dropped into my neighbors yard. Although they were a little higher priced than one other estimate I got, I chose them because they were professional and thorough and very easy to work with. I'm very happy with the result. Thank you."

"It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."

"Joe our service person responded to our request and came out to inspect our roof early the next morning. He explaned what our current problems are and also what we can expect in the future. He did not try to sell us on a new roof. He only suggested the repairs to the areas where we are currently getting a leak and to other areas that are about to start leaking. Joe was able to do the necessary repairs as the work was not extensive. We would definetaly recommond Joe and Reliable Roofers"

"All members of AhRT Home Solutions from the estimator, project manager, to the installation team were very professional in the performance of their duties. Special thanks to Michael and the whole team for their persistence in dealing with my insurance company who only wanted to pay for roof repair, rather than replacement. Michael carefully explained that roof repair would lead to further damage. The insurance company concurred with Michael’s persuasive argument and authorized the full replacement. Michael coordinated the process of ordering the shingles and scheduling the installation date. The installation team arrived on time and kept me informed of the process. Once the work was completed, the crew thoroughly cleaned up the debris and performed a final inspection. I highly recommend AHRT to anyone interested in their roofing service. I would use them again if necessary. The customer service was 5 star; answered emails and phone calls promptly."

"Replaced a roof on storage shed, repair fascia and replaced gutters. The team was quick and professional. Everything was done in one day to my complete satisfaction."

"Presidential did an amazing job with our roof! They replaced all of the plywood and installed new shingles in less than a day. The new roof (and gutters!) look great. I definitely recommend this company. Plus, we plan to have them do our front door later this year. :)"

"Repair Roof Professional, truthful and efficient, Customer Service - Outstanding."

"Provider responded in a timely manner to a request for quote. He was  very prompt, courteous and friendly. We had discussions about indoor  remodeling (paint, carpet, kitchen, bathrooms, etc). Provider was a great communicator during the entire process. He understood that I needed good workmanship but that the house was to be sold soon and that I had a fairly strict budget and time scale. Outside we settled on a  new roof but he counseled me against new gutters as he felt the current  ones only needed cleaning and were functional - refreshing honesty. I  have not yet met with his interior man so I can't comment on that phase  yet. I am a computer aided designer and made a model of the roof based on my and others detailed measurements. Some contractors are either intimidated or annoyed by this level of interaction but this provider was always receptive, courteous, and patient. Having experienced surly condescending contractors in the past this was refreshing and gave me confidence to proceed. I noticed damage to the siding in the front of the house and he was able to give me a quick estimate to help me make budget choices. The roofing crew came when they were scheduled to. Provider asked them to  bend some sheet metal flashing for me which they did with no fuss or  cost. From the ground the roof looks great and really enhances the look of the property. It is also quite clear to me that no corners were cut
and that provider has and will stand behind his work long term. The crew finished on the second day after two days of brutal 92 deg (ground level) days. The cleanup was thorough with only a few small (dime sized) pieces left behind - having done roofing myself this is quite acceptable. I have other roofing jobs coming up probably in the next 5 years and will contact this provider for the job with confidence. By the way, this house will go on the market soon - it has water access, is 3 miles from shopping, is quiet, and is in the Huntingtown HS district near Prince Frederick, MD.
